Exotic dancers won’t like them. There’s an argument I hadn’t heard. How about wherever they are given out, they have to be accepted, like the subway? What about they can’t look and feel like quarters? Does the government test their designs or do they have to roll them out in bulk, convince vending machine manufacturers to retool and then just hope people will adopt them?
