From Mason In The Morning

There’s a reason why I talk so much. It’s because I’m hardwired to yakkity-yak!

Scientists suggest the reason women are so talkative has to do with biology.

Researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine discovered that women have increased levels of a “language protein” in their brains. In addition, women generally speak more quickly and use more brainpower while speaking.

Previous research has shown that women talk nearly three times as much as men.

The research is published in “The Journal of Neuroscience.”

Listen to what Mason, Nikki and Bobby had to say about this study.
