Lose Weight: No Exercise Required
Okay, so now that I’ve got your attention, your next thought is “Let’s see what Flash has stumbled into now. He’s probably talking about some crazy new dance move that can only be done during The Saturday Night Dance Party while wrapping myself up like a mummy in my living room.”
Well as fun as that may sound to some of you… NO, that’s not it at all.
As I was surfing along on the world wide webical as I like to call it, I came across this advertisement for this green coffee bean that they claim will drop the pounds off just for taking it. Of course being a lover of coffee, I read into this deeper.
I’ll give you the quick version of how this green coffee bean works. My first thought was it must be loaded with caffeine, so I would be jumping around like a Mexican Jumping Bean instead of a Green Coffee Bean. But as I read along, I found that these special beans contain an active compound called Chlorogenic Acid. So what this stuff does is inhibit the release of glucose in the body, while at the same time boosting the “burning” of fat in the liver.
These two things work together to inhibit the absorption of fat and eliminate weight gain.
So if your resolution, like so many of us is to lose a few pounds, this may be the answer we have been looking for.
