Social media was set ablaze last night with reactions to President Obama’s re-election, and no surprise – musicians got in on the celebrating or hating. Classic rockers, while not typically as active on Twitter as their younger colleagues, sounded off with excitement, humor and in several cases (like Ted Nugent and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry), disappointment and outrage. Check out the reactions below.

Bob Dylan did not react to the election results, but he did predict Obama’s landslide win against Romney, who received nearly 100 fewer electoral votes than the president. Dylan took to his Facebook early Tuesday to note “that we’re not fooled by the media and we think it’s going to be a landslide” with regards to election results.
