Madeline the puppy dachshund was on the beach with her people when she found a ghost crab.

She couldn’t help but want to check out the strange creature that walked sideways doing its best to get to the surf.

The playful pup stays right with the crab as the two wander down the beach to the water.

Though the crab probably wasn’t having as much fun as Madeline, he does get away safely, leaving the dachshund looking for her playmate.
