Jimmy Buffett has been released from a Sydney, Australia hospital after falling off the stage during his show there Wednesday night. A post on Buffett’s website states that “doctors say he is doing well.”

Buffett was singing “Lovely Cruise” when the accident happened. The hospital’s emergency department director, who was at the show, says Jimmy suffered a head injury and lost consciousness, but adds that scans of his head “show that he’s okay.”

Word is that Buffett has canceled his next show (Saturday) in New Zealand. A spokesperson said Jimmy “just needs some time to get better.”
