This could be a first: Ever heard of a drive-through bank robbery?
Louis Allen pulled his car up to the drive-thru at the Whitney National Bank branch in Baton Rouge on Monday morning, where he sent a note to the teller demanding money. He held up a box for the teller to see and said there was a bomb inside. This turned out to be false. Instead of driving away with the loot, he got arrested and sent to jail.
When it comes to bank robbers, this guy seems kind of lazy. Just sayin’.
